Welcome to the Flair Landhotel Burgenblick hotel restaurant, which is managed by the owner’s family. The small village of Molsdorf, which has been part of the city of Erfurt since 1995, is famous beyond the region for its romantic castle.

Enjoy family hospitality and let the staff spoil you on special occasions. You will find regional specialities served here and some of Master Chef Peter Springer’s creative recipes have been published in various cookbooks.
